Privacy and DeFi on Vaulta and Telos

Hold and transfer assets privately, trade on the native DEX, and use lending and cross-chain services without exposing your wallet identity.

Live

CLOAK Shielded Protocol

Shield fungible tokens and NFTs without linking every action to a public blockchain account. Proofs are generated locally and verified on-chain.

  • Private balances and transfers
  • Fungible tokens and NFTs
  • Private identities for dApps that integrate CLOAK
  • Live on Vaulta and Telos
Live

Hybrid DEX

Trade in one market that combines a limit order book, constant-product AMM, and concentrated liquidity. The engine finds the best available execution across the order book and liquidity pools as markets move.

  • Price-time limit orders
  • Always-on pooled liquidity
  • Capital-efficient liquidity ranges
  • Live on Vaulta and Telos
Launching August 2026

CLOAK Lending

Borrow CLOAK USD against crypto, or borrow supported crypto assets against CLOAK USD. Savers can earn interest on CLOAK USD without joining the insurance pool, while insurers place collateral in advance and earn fees for backing the protocol. Dynamic risk pricing and deterministic accounting set rates and limits and make bailouts orderly when they occur.

  • Borrow CLOAK USD against crypto
  • Borrow crypto against CLOAK USD
  • CLOAK USD savings pool
  • Prefunded insurance pool
Interoperability

Cross-chain access

Trustless Savanna IBC is being tested for Antelope interoperability. A custody-backed ZEC and XMR bridge is in development to connect established privacy communities with CLOAK.

Testing

Trustless Savanna IBC

Trustless Savanna IBC connects Antelope chains through on-chain light-client verification and permissionless relaying. The architecture is complete and the implementation is now being tested.

  • No trusted bridge custodian
  • On-chain proof and finality verification
  • Permissionless relaying
In development

ZEC & XMR Bridge

A custody-backed bridge is being developed to bring ZEC and XMR into the CLOAK ecosystem, giving established privacy communities access to trading, lending, and other private DeFi services.

  • Custody-backed trust model
  • ZEC and XMR gateway in development
  • Access to CLOAK trading and lending

How privacy works

Your balances stay private. The chain only checks that the transaction is valid.

Your wallet creates a zero-knowledge proof showing that the transaction follows the protocol rules. The chain verifies the proof and updates the shielded ledger without learning your balances, assets, or identity.

  1. 01

    Create the private transaction

  2. 02

    Generate the zero-knowledge proof

  3. 03

    Verify the transaction on-chain

  4. 04

    Update the shielded ledger

  5. 05

Move assets or authorize a dApp

No public account required

You do not need your own public blockchain account to use CLOAK. Private transactions are submitted through a shared, restricted alias account, while your wallet proves authorization and pays the required CLOAK fee.

Transparent boundaries

Deposits into the shielded protocol and withdrawals back to public accounts expose the public side of the transfer. Transfers inside the shielded pool remain private. Integrated dApps can keep the user private even where application execution itself is public.

Private application identities

Auth tokens let a dApp recognize a private user, account, order, or position without learning which wallet is behind it.

Compact verification

Groth16 keeps proofs small and verification practical on-chain.

What CLOAK is used for

CLOAK pays private transaction fees, covers the underlying Antelope blockchain resources, supports continued development, and powers the protocol’s fee-and-burn model.

Pay shielded transaction fees

Abstract CPU, NET, and RAM

Separate private-wallet activity from the submitting account

Pay CLOAK Lending fees

Permanently burn part of every private transaction fee

Permanently lock part of every lending fee in the CLOAK Lending final reserve

Every private transaction pays a CLOAK fee. Part supports continued development and ecosystem operation; part is permanently burned.

Maximum supply: 1,000,000,000 CLOAK

Planned for CLOAK

Fractal Governance

CLOAK’s Fractal Governance application organizes participants into randomized video groups, where they discuss contributions and rank one another. Results are recorded on-chain and can be used to update the governing multisig at the end of an event.

The model is inspired by the fractal-governance work described by Daniel Larimer in More Equal Animals and developed through Fractally. The application is already built; deployment for CLOAK is planned for a later phase.
